Responses to <br />your comments are in bold. <br />Summary of Technical Revision TR -01 <br />The Operator has requested to create an additional tract (known as "2.0 Acre Tract") within Tract 5, <br />revising the shape and size of Tract 5. The new tract will be 2 acres in size, with dimension 315' x 276', <br />and is located in the northeast portion of Tract 5. If the intent of TR -0I is different than summarized, <br />please clarify for the Division. <br />The summary is correct. <br />Mining Plan Mut <br />1. The updated Mining Plan Map submitted shows that Tract 5 is still 8.1 acres. The Division <br />understands that this should be changed to 6.1 acres to reflect the addition of the new "2.0 Acre Tract". <br />Please revise this map. <br />A revised map reflecting the change is attached. Tract 5 is now shown as 6.1 acres. Tract 5A is <br />shown as 2.0 acres. <br />2. The Division recommends the Operator to identify the new "2.0 Acre Tract" consistently with the other <br />tracts. Identifying it by Tract 8 or revising Tract 5 into Tract S and Tract SA or Tract 5A and Tract 5B is <br />appropriate. <br />The tracts involved have been re-Iabeled as Tract 5 and Tract 5A. <br />
