Gaudreault <br />P.O. box 69 <br />Elizabeth, CO 80107 <br /> <br />Re: Big “G” Gravel Pit, DRMS File No. M-2006-081 <br />Return to Active Status <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Gaudreault: <br /> <br />On June 24, 2016, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your notice <br />informing the Division that operations at the Big “G” Gravel Pit (DRMS File No. M-2006-081) resumed <br />on June 5, 2016. The Division accepts your notice. The permit Status is now Active. <br /> <br />The Operator is advised to verify that the approved affected land boundary is adequately marked in the <br />field to delineate such boundaries, as required by Rule 3.1.12(2). The Operator is also advised to verify <br />that a Permit Sign required by Rule 3.1.12(1), is posted at the entrance of the mine site, the sign shall be <br />clearly visible from the access road.
