We are requesting an extension until September 1, 2016. CC&V is making this request due <br /> to unanticipated delays in submitting a request for partial releases of lands from Amendment 10 permit <br /> boundary as well as delays in related county permitting activities. <br /> We appreciate a timely response to this matter.
