Its proposed measures to protect federal resources
and the post -mining land use are consistent with the design features identified in the ROD. A
representative of the Paonia Ranger District was present for the relocation of the MVBs and no
additional resource concerns were identified.
If you have any questions please contact Daniel Gray at (970) 527-4131 or via email at
degray@fs.fed.us.
Sincerely,
LEVI BROYLES
District Ranger
Caring for the Land and Serving People Printed on Recycled Paper
