The extra time requested will allow for
required reclamation to be completed and reduce the financial reclamation liability at the
site.

The Division will allow for an extension until August 3rd, 2016 to complete the reclamation at
the site. If the required additional bond amount is not placed in an acceptable form or the
reclamation work not completed reducing the financial reclamation liability by August 3rd,
2016 Division staff may initiate enforcement action to bring the operation into compliance.

If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety, Grand Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado
81501, telephone no. 970.241.2042.

Sincerely,

Travis Marshall
Environmental Protection Specialist III
