The application was submitted by <br />Twentymile Coal, LLC for the Foidel Creek Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.07.4(2)(c) of the <br />Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are <br />providing notice of this proposed decision. <br /> <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within thirty (30) days of the first <br />publication of this notice in the Steamboat Pilot. Such request must be made within thirty (30) <br />days of the initial publication of this notice, must be in writing, and must state with reasonable <br />specificity the reasons for the request and the objections to the proposed decision. <br /> <br />Copies of the proposed decision, including any stipulations, are on file for public inspection at the at <br />the Routt County Commissioners, P.O.
