The application was deemed complete on
April 28, 2016.

Technical Revision No. 107 (TR-107) proposes to temporarily suspend eight surface water
monitoring stations. Monitoring points SP5-3, SP5-4, P5-5, EPH-1 through EPH-9, and Spring 6-7.
These water monitoring stations are located in areas which have not been affected by mining and
will not be affected by mining in the foreseeable future. The suspension represents a temporary
suspension and not a termination of water monitoring of the thirteen sites. The applicant is not
proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance.

Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are
available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 2 3rd Street, Paonia, CO 81428 and at the
Division’s Denver office.
