(All Rite). <br />All -Rite Paving and Redi-Mix Inc.'s (All -Rite) agrees to increase the reclamation bond to include <br />backfilling areas with exposed groundwater to an elevation at least two feet above the groundwater <br />surface. Based on aerials provided in the inspection report, eight (8) acres of groundwater are currently <br />exposed. All -Rite accepts the preliminary bond increase estimate of $255,705.00. <br />Pursuant to C.F. S. 34-32.5-116(4)(h) and Construction Materials Rule 3.16(1)(a), All -Rite <br />respectfully requests the opportunity to submit an amendment to the permit changing final land use to <br />grazing land rather than the current final land use of unlined lakes. To that end, All -Rite will submit a <br />plan that limits exposed groundwater to approximately eight (8) acres and backfills exposed <br />groundwater to an elevation at least two feet above the groundwater. Mining will proceed as a limited <br />eight (8) acre area rolling area of exposed groundwater, backfilling as mining progresses. <br />Upon receipt of the Division's acceptance of this plan, All -Rite will proceed with the amendment <br />preparation and submission.
