"San Luis Project" (Permit <br />ln, N�,�M-1988-112) <br />thennual Report form, a site map, and a check for the annual fee of <br />,. $1,150.00 as requestedin the January 29, 2016 letter from the Colorado Division of <br />Qa Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) to Lawrence Fiske (BMRI). Additionally, the <br />following%" summarizes the operation, reclamation, permitted area, and site monitoring <br />activities performed, as well as, any technical' revisions"and permit amendments made for the <br />San Luis Project during 2015. <br />General Reclamation Activities <br />Reclamation activities from 2015 included: <br />• Continued stormwater management on and adjacent to reclaimed and un - <br />reclaimed mine land disturbance areas. Stormwater inspections were performed on <br />May 27, 2015 and October 7, 2015. Stormwater maintenance activities were <br />performed as identified during the stormwater inspections; <br />• Water treatment of water from the West Pit and Rito Seco alluvial groundwater <br />systems; <br />• West Pit water management at the Tailing Storage Facility; <br />• Tailing facility storage pond, underdrain and leak detection system management; <br />and <br />• Surface and ground water management. <br />
