The New Horizon North Mine operates under CDRMS Permit No. C-1981-008. <br />Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. is the parent to Western Fuels — Colorado. Therefore, <br />Tri-State is submitting the 2015 Annual Reclamation Report on behalf of the facility. Two hard copies of the <br />report have been mailed to you, and you should be receiving them later this week. Due to file sizes I have split <br />the Annual Reclamation Report into three parts and will be emailing you three separate files. Part 1 is attached <br />to this email, and I will send an additional email with Parts 2 and 3. <br />It would be appreciated if you could acknowledge receipt of both emails containing the report.
