A description of each section follows. Section 1.0 reports 2015 reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed. Section 2.0 is reserved for future use. Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstruction efforts 1987-2015. It consists of a narrative segment describing our reconstruction methods and results and reference maps showing the locations of our drainage reconstruction efforts mine wide. In 2015, no new drainage reconstruction had been performed. Section 4.0 is reserved for future use. Section 5.0 addresses topsoil stockpiles constructed in 2015 and proposed 2016 topsoil stockpile locations. Table 5-1 describes topsoil stockpile locations, size and approximate volumes. Additionally, Map 1 has been updated to show all existing topsoil stockpiles mine wide with appropriate identification numbers. Section 6.0 is the stock tank and dozer basin section. Map 1 contains stock tank and dozer basin locations. Section 7.0 is titled Miscellaneous and contains reports required by CDRMS. Section 7.1 discusses vegetation monitoring on Trapper's reclaimed areas. Section 7.2 discusses grazing of reclaimed areas. Section 7.3 summarizes the proposed 2016 seed mixes as approved with TR -74. Section 7.4 presents changes to Trapper Mine Facilities. Section 7.5 summarizes weed control measures on the mine -site for the year.
