In reviewing the application for RN-07 I noticed a discrepancy in the value for the Disturbed Area on the form
(565.15 Acres) when compared to that in the Division's records (560.15 Acres).
The value on the RN-07 application form was correctly taken from the SL-06 decision form, however it appears
that the SL-08 decision form contained an error.
(I believe that the error crept in because TR-136, which reduced the Disturbed Area by 5 Acres, was submitted,
approved and issued between the submittal and decision dates for SL-08)
Attached is a revised decision form for SL-08 which should replace the existing form in your records.
This revised form will also be scanned into the Iaserfiche database to replace the existing record.
Finally, to complete the administrative loop, please will you resubmit page 3 of the RN-07 application form with
the revised value for Disturbed Area (560.15 Acres)
