<br />Please find enclosed duplicate copies of Technical Revision TR -115. This revision includes
<br />multiple updates of several pages of permit text and maps necessary after the approval of PR -07.
<br />The post mining topography is also being updated for the K Strike Pit area. Trapper proposes an
<br />additional 41.1 acres of disturbance with this Technical Revision. Also enclosed is a partial
<br />response to your letter of June 30, 2015 to Trapper's 2015 Midterm Review. We have used your
<br />original letter as the base format, with our responses following each of your comments.
<br />Discussion and justifications of some of the permit pages and maps are included below, the
<br />midterm response comments begin following these discussions.
<br />The following revised permit narrative pages are enclosed: ii -8, ii -12, 1-25c, 1-26, 1-32, 2-456, 2-
<br />457, 2-588, 2-590, 3-2, 3-3, 3-5, 3-13, 3-15c, 3-27a, 3-28a, 3-47 3-182, 3-183, 4-3, 4-3a, 4-161,
<br />4-242, 4-244, 4-245 and 4-247a. Replacement Appendix H material, (3 pages), Appendix T,
<br />(Horse Gulch Fill diversion ditch design materials) and Appendix V materials, (GLEV wells.)
<br />The following revised maps are enclosed: M9 (sheet 3), 10B (sheet 3), M12 (sheets 2, and 3),
<br />M13A (sheet 3), M13C, M25A, M47A (sheet 2), and M52. The following pages were deleted: 3-
<br />27b, c and d. Pre -blast surveys are included for residences within one half mile of the new permit
<br />boundary.
<br />The following pages were updated for the reasons cited: Page ii -8 updated, page ii -12 was
<br />corrected to fix a formatting error from PR -07. Pages 1-25c and 1-26 updated with new
<br />ownership information. Page 3-2 includes new permit acreage, pages 3-3 and 3-5 updated with
<br />revised entrance signs. Pages 3-15c and 3-47 and figure 3.5-2 updated to reflect changes to
<br />mining methods and aspects of overburdern removal used at Trapper.
<br />Page 3-27a has been updated to request the discontinuation of East Panel Landslide monitoring.
<br />Nearly all of the overburden included in the landslide has been removed and displaced by either
<br />the truck loader fleet or the draglines. All material sitting above the active pits at this time is
<br />backfilled spoils. Originally multiple landslide monitoring stations were installed in the slide area
