As you will <br />see, the adequacy review response package contains several revised maps including <br />Exhibits C (Site Plan), D (Mining Plan) and F (Reclamation Plan): I will deliver a set of <br />revised drawings at 24" X 36" to you on Tuesday, August 25th. Also enclosed are copies <br />of the letters sent to the owners of permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />amended mining limits. <br />I have placed a copy of the complete adequacy review response package with the <br />Adams County Clerk and Recorder and included a receipt acknowledging same as an <br />attachment to enclosed. <br />I will be out of my office until Tuesday, August 25th.
