The Division reviewed TR -99
which proposed to revise the currently approved hydrologic monitoring plan by incorporating changes that were a
result of a 2014 ground water monitoring project. The revision included a justification for the removal of permit
compliance requirement to construct groundwater point of compliance wells in the Spruce Stomp area associated
with PR -14.
I would like to request your assistance in the review of Bowie Resources response to the Division's March 23, 2015
preliminary adequacy review. The proposed decision date for TR -99 has been extended to March 31, 2016.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks,
Jason
Forwarded message
From: Jim Stover <jestover@bresnan.net>
Date: Mon, Feb 8, 2016 at 10:12 AM
Subject: TR -99 Point of Compliance Wells
To: "Musick - DNR, Jason" <jason.musick@state.co.us>
Cc: Bill Bear <BBear@bowieresources.com>, Desty Dyer <ddyer@blm.gov>, Levi Broyles
<Ibroyles@fs.fed.us>
Attached is the Bowie No. 2 Mine's adequacy response for TR -99.
Jim Stover
J.
