Jameson&Associates P.C. as Counsellor the Debtor-in- Possession Nunc Pro Tunc August 4, 2015 (the"December Application"). SUMMARY The UST objects to the entry of an Order approving the employment of James B. Jameson& Associates, P.C. nunc pro tunc to the date of the filing on the Petition, August 4, 2015 and also objects because of the Applicant's failure to comply with L.B.R. 9013-1 and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2014. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND 1. On August 4, 2015, Debtor Red Arrow Gold Corporation("Debtor") filed its voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Petition was signed by Kit Bradshaw of Michael Jackson located in Greenwood, Colorado. James B. Jameson& Associates of Houston, Texas was also listed under the attorney signature line. Kit Bradshaw also signed the Cover Sheet for Petition pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Form 1002-1.1. Schedules A, D, E, F were also filed with the Petition. See Docket#2. 2. On August 4, 2015, Kit Bradshaw also filed a List of Creditors Holding 20 Largest Unsecured Claims, List of Equity Security Holders and Corporate Ownership. See Docket# 3, 4 and 5. The Debtor failed to sign the Corporate Ownership Statement and Kit Bradshaw signed and is listed as Counsel to the Debtor on the Corporate Ownership Statement. See Docket#5. 1
