Brock,
When you were in the office yesterday, you had a question regarding revised permit page 18-4 in
the TR -67 Application package. The second paragraph talks about the ground monitoring of
Rapid and Cottonwood Creeks, and mentions stipulation response SR06. You could not find any
information on "SR06" in the records and asked if I knew what this was referencing. Attached is
a Proposed Decision Document and Findings from the Division (aka Mined Land Reclamation
Division) from December 1, 1982. Stipulation 6, which can be found on page 7 and again on
page 22 of this document, discusses ground water monitoring of Rapid & Cottonwood Creeks
and what the operator must accomplish to comply with the stipulation. Hope this helps.
