The site inspection for the Notice of Completion was
performed on October 6, 2015. During the inspection, potential active cutting was observed in
two areas of the completed reclamation. It was requested that these areas be repaired following
the inspection.

For the repair, BMRI first used a D-6 dozer to fill the areas. Then BMRI re-seeded the areas with
the approved reclamation seed mix. Last, the areas were tracked with the dozer perpendicular to
the surface to catch rainfall, stabilize the seed, and reduce runoff. BMRI is providing
photographs of the area repairs for your files.

Northwest Waste Rock D

Photo #1039 - Eroded channel Northwest area of Waste Rock D looking up slope.
