Box 294 <br />Masonville, CO 80541 <br />RE: Sprague Stone; DRMS File No. M-2015-006; Receipt of Corrective Action <br />Documentation <br />Dear Mr. Sprague, <br />The Division received your above referenced response in regard to Compliance Problem 1 <br />identified in the Division's report of the inspection that was conducted on December 10, 2015. <br />The status of the corrective action reported by Sprague Stone LLC in regard to this problem is as <br />follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Failure to post permit sign at site entrance. <br />This problem has not been resolved. The Operator provided a picture of the permit sign. <br />However, in order to gain compliance with the requirement of Rule 3.1.12(1), the Division must <br />have evidence that the permit sign is posted at the site entrance.
