As no cultural resources were identified, it would seem that a finding of no - <br />adverse effect would be warranted for this project. <br />Twentymile's revision application to initiate the borehole project is currently deemed incomplete awaiting the <br />results of the cultural resources survey and several other unrelated items. From my perspective, they could use <br />Metcalf's letter to satisfy the cultural resource survey results requirement.
