Description of Material Flow
Mini -Excavator feeds material into Jaw Crusher that crusher
material down to 3/8" minus. Conveyor belt feeds material from
Jaw Crusher into Ball Mill where its crushed to a fine sand or
powder then feeds onto the Shaker Table.
Shaker Table tailings feed into a 1,434 gallon steel container or
metal tank. Heavier material including electrum feeds into a 103
gallon tank.
Steel container water supply is linked by large diameter pipes to
the three 1,117 gallon metal water tanks or troughs used for
settling the recirculating water supply.
Water is pumped from final settling tank back to shaker table.
Jaw Crusher and Ball Mill are connected by belts and powered by
a single 38hp diesel motor mounted on trailer. Water pump is a
gasoline powered system capable of delivery up to 15,000 gph
using a 6.5hp motor.
Conveyor Belt and Shaker Table are powered by a generator not to
exceed 10,000 kW using a 15hp motor.
Steel Container is utilized for collection of tailings.
System is designed to run no more than 2 to 3 tons per
day.
After running material the water is allowed to settle for
several hours. The water in Steel Container holding
tailings is siphoned off into one of the troughs.
Utilizing both a Mini -Excavator and hand tools the
tailings are placed in another metal container for
storage until buried. Material is buried in same area as
originally excavated.
Mini -Excavator
Removal of <4 feet of top material in this
30 ft x 50 ft area. This would make a level
work pad for the wash plant area.
Hay Bails
Exhibit E Map Number 3
Teton Drilling, Inc.
Dixie Mine
Clear Creek County, CO
Material Flow
Conveyor Belt
Diesel MotorJaw Crusher Ball Mill shaker Table
Generator
Heavy Materials
Settling Tanks
EXT.
