On several of the drawings (e.g., Drawing 2.05-M6 Sheet 1) there appear to be
new (proposed) culverts. However, the submittal does not include new
calculations for the sizing of these culverts. Please provide analysis of the
proposed new culverts.
Oxbow Response: Oxbow has proposed no new culverts in the proposed reclamation
plan. There are existing culverts that will be left behind.
2. On Drawing 2.05-M6 Sheet 1 the label for the riprap channel in Elk Creek has
changed: the word "geotextile" has been removed. Please explain why this
change to the drawing was made. If this reflects an on -the -ground change, please
explain the basis of the change.
Oxbow Response: While the label was removed from the map, the reference to
geotextile remains in the Channel Designs found in Exhibit 2.05-E3, Drainage and
Sediment Control, Section 7, Revised and New Channel Designs.
3. In Exhibit 2.05-E5 the footer gives the impression that several pages are called
page 6. (Presumably it is to identify them as part of item 6 of the exhibit, but it is
not clear.) Please change the footer on the revised pages of Exhibit 2.05-E5, Item
0 Page 1
