(Tri-State), is the parent <br />company to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company <br />L.P. (Colowyo). Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three (3) copies of <br />MR -144 to Permit No. C-1981-019. MR -144 updates Map 28B with an enlarged footprint for <br />Topsoil Stockpile 16C, and proposes direct haul of topsoil from Topsoil Pile 16I area. All <br />topsoil movement that occurs within the report year will be documented and submitted on <br />Figures 11-2 and 11-3 of the Annual Reclamation Report as required. <br />Also included with this package are a revision application and a change of index sheet to <br />ease incorporation into the permit document.
