Demonstration of Legal Right to Enter for Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. incomplete. See enclosed <br />instructions, requires notarized statement by property owners. <br />2. Structure Agreements incomplete. See enclosed Instructions, requires notarized statement by <br />property owners. Ouray County Road 26 requires Damage —Structure Agreement. <br />Additionally, AM1 has been approved August 20, 2015 and required surety bond amount is now <br />$464,333.79. You will receive additional information on this approval by separate cover from Mr. Marshall. <br />In order to complete the acceptance of this application and processing your request, please return the <br />required documents to the Division by October 18, 2015.
