(Tri-State), is the parent <br />company to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company <br />L.P. (Colowyo). Tri-State received your adequacy letter, dated August 7, 2015, and Tri-State on <br />behalf of Colowyo has the following responses to your concerns: <br />Volume 1 <br />Section 4.05.15 <br />ITEM 43. In 2.03.4, Identification of Interests, please add the exact dates (not just years) when <br />individuals became officers. Also, please confirm that these dates are correct. Different sources of <br />this information appear to conflict. <br />Response: Exhibit 2 current and historical officers and directors for Tri-State Generation and <br />Transmission Association, Inc., since December 2011 has been updated. The exact dates for <br />each office and director has been supplied as requested. Historical officers and directors prior to <br />December 2011 have been retained. <br />Volume 12 <br />ITEM 44. Section 4.15.8, Revegetation Success Criteria, states that, "Consideration will be <br />given to a revised species diversity standard in the context of a comprehensive revegetation plan <br />revision to be submitted by Colowyo Mine, following approval of PR -02. " PR -02 was approved <br />on May 4, 2007. TR -72, Revised Reclamation Plan, was approved March 14, 2008. The text <br />needs to be updated. If TR -72 revised the species diversity standard, Section 4.15.8 needs to <br />reflect the changes or reference the location in the permit where the revised standard is found. <br />Response: The text noted has been removed from the PAP.
