M-2013-007.
The information provided indicates that the Lazy K -Bar does not expose ground water. This office
has no objections to the release of this area so long as no changes to the site result in the exposure
of groundwater, at which point a new well permit must be obtained from the State Engineer's Office.
Currently this location is considered overappropriated and augmentation will be required if
groundwater is exposed.
1313 Sherman Street, Room 821, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3581 F 303.866.2223 www. water. state.
