All three Due Diligence Certifications must be completed. (Page 7) <br />2. Structure Agreements not received. <br />a. Original structure agreement for the landowner's fences will need to be updated to reflect the <br />prospective successor. <br />b. The Division observed an overhead powerline and County Road 26 along the eastern permit <br />boundary of the site and an underground fiber optic utility line indicator post near the northeast <br />permit boundary corner during the January 5, 2015 site inspection.
