Schure <br />12826 CR 37 <br />Sterling, CO 80751 <br />Re: Receipt of 110(c) to 112(c) Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Conversion <br />Application, Dollerschell Pit, Permit No. M- 1986 -074, Revision No. CN01 <br />Dear Ms. Schure: <br />On March 23, 2015, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 110 to 112 <br />Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Conversion application for the Dollerschell Pit, which is <br />located in Logan County. All comment and review periods began on March 23, 2015. The decision date <br />for your application is scheduled for June 22, 2015. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after <br />the first publication, mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders <br />of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of <br />the affected land. Proof of notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, must <br />be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety prior to the decision date. Additionally, <br />any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review <br />copy which has been placed with the Logan County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Please Note: In accordance with Rule 1.6.2(1)(f), the Division has designated the Permittee of the M- <br />1979 -160 permit as another Owner of Record who might be affected by the proposed mining operation; <br />please additionally mail a copy of the notice to: <br />Colorado Department of Transportation <br />Gary Strome <br />3971 W.
