This is a reduction of $946,708.73. This decision only reduces the
amount of the financial warranty, and does not approve any release of reclamation responsibility for the tasks
associated with this request.
Please provide a rider to the current Financial Warranty, or submit a new Financial Warranty reflecting this
reduction. If you wish to submit a different type of Financial Warranty, please contact our office for the
applicable form.
Please note that this reduction is based solely on reclamation of the currently existing disturbance at the site
(activity within the approved slurry wall, and backfill of the unlined settling ponds). Any additional mining
activities outside of these areas will require DRMS to issue a surety increase.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Eric C.
