The New Horizon Mine operates under Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety (CDRMS) Permit No. C- 1981 -008. Tri-State on behalf of the New Horizon Mine is <br />submitting materials to safety the incompleteness issues for TR -66. Enclosed you will find <br />Section 2.04. 10 and Attachments 2.04.10 -1 through 2.04.10 -4 in accordance with Rule 2.07.3(l). <br />Also included with this package are the revised permit materials and a change of index <br />sheet to ease incorporation of these materials into the permit document.
