MANAGEMENT
On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), enclosed is an application for a technical revision to
revise its hydrologic monitoring program. Two issues are included in the technical revision
application. The first issue is the necessity of constructing point of compliance wells. The
second issue is to incorporate some changes resulting from the 2014 monitoring well
rehabilitation project.
The rationale for deleting the point of compliance wells begins on the second to last paragraph
on page 2.04 -36. There is no sealing expense in the reclamation estimate for the point of
compliance wells so there will be no bond reduction.
Sincerely,
J. E. stover
J. E.
