Structure Agreement not provided for SLV -REC power line and pole. See Instructions. <br />A Sample Structure Agreement is enclosed. <br />In order to complete the acceptance of this application and processing your request, please return the <br />required documents by April 20, 2015. <br />After updating the Cost Summary for the required surety on February 13, 2015, the Division found the <br />current required reclamation bond to be $15,620.00. The Cost Summary is enclosed.
