(Tri- State) is submitting the enclosed <br />"Application Form for a Revision to a Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit" for a technical revision <br />application on behalf of the Western Fuels - Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC) New Horizon <br />Mine. Tri -State is the parent company of WFC. The New Horizon Mine operates under Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) Permit No. C- 1981 -008. <br />This technical revision application for the New Horizon Mine is being submitted to incorporate <br />the plan to restore BB Road west of 27.00 Road which has been approved by Montrose County. WFC <br />will also identify culverts that Montrose County requested be installed, and that they are the property of <br />and subject to Montrose County maintenance. Finally, the as -built drawing for Pond 008 will be updated <br />to address current field conditions which are not current in the permit application.
