The revision addresses BRL's request to relocate the temporary <br />cover material stockpile approved under TR -94 (you led the review of this revision), and includes a stability <br />analysis of the refuse pile with the relocated stockpile. I am requesting your assistance in reviewing the <br />application for compliance with the construction and stability requirements of Rules 4.11, 4. 10, and 4.09. <br />BRL is asking the Division to issue a decision on the revision today, if at all possible. I am requesting your <br />review comments as soon as possible, but no later than noon on the decision due date which will be January 19, <br />2015.
