(GSB) has received your inspection report dated October 15, 2014 for the
Buffalo Mine. The inspection requested that we update the mining plan map to include the current
access road location. The Division is also requesting GSB to submit an agreement for the use of the
new access road from the land owner and whether the road will be reclaimed.
The agreement is in its final stages and the last step is to allow the landowner an opportunity to
review the agreement. I spoke with the landowner today and she most likely will not review the
agreement this week. Once the agreement and exhibit are finalized, the agreement will be signed
and notarized by both parties and recorded at the Elbert County's clerk and recorder's office.
GSB is currently in the process of drafting a revised mine plan map.
GSB is requesting an extension of the due date of November 15, 2014. We will have the agreement
with exhibit, updated mine plan, technical revision fee and cover letter submitted by February 6, 2014.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions at 303-783-3058 or by email at
jason.mcgraw @generalshale.com.
Sincerely,
General Shale Brick, Inc.
7/4,1
Jason E.
