(Tri - State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. Therefore, Tri- <br />State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting to the Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety <br />(CDRMS), the fourth quarter 2014 Impoundment and East Pit Stock Ponds inspections. <br />Enclosed please find one copy of the Pond Outfall Inspection for the fourth quarter of 2014, and <br />one copy of the East Pit Stock Pond Inspection for the fourth quarter of 2014.
