The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on September 30, 2014, a minor revision application (MR -220)
to the Trapper Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -010, operated by Trapper Mining, Inc., P.O. Box 187, Craig, CO
81626 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The applicant is proposing additional surface
disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as
provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
