All other conditions and requirements of Permit M-1977-493 remain in full force and effect. <br /> Please be aware that although DRMS has approved the"conceptual design"of the proposed pit <br /> dewatering system and acknowledges that this system will be requred to contine future mine operation; <br /> the final,stamped and signed design and plans will need to be submitted to DRMS as a separate TR for <br /> review and approval prior to Climax commencing construction of this EPF.
