All other conditions and requiremepts of Permit No. M-1996-064 remain in full force and effect. <br /> The estimated liability amount of$148,000.00,exceeds the $87,986.00 performance bond currently held. If <br /> you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of$60,000.00.
