I've enclosed 2 copies of <br />the exhibits that I have changed per your recommendations. I have also included 2 copies of the <br />proof of mailing for the notices to the land owner, and the mineral rights holder. I should have <br />the proof of publication in the newspaper later this week. I'll send it along when the paper comes <br />out.
