This technical
revision is a request from the operator to terminate water monitoring at four ground
water wells and three surface water monitoring sites.
CPW does not have any objections or concerns with the termination of the water quality
monitoring program. It is our understanding that the operator has already satisfied all
other stipulations relating to their bond release, including wildlife habitat requirements
and vegetation reclamation standards.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife appreciates the opportunity to submit comments for this
project. if there are any questions or needs for additional information don't hesitate to
contact Land Use Specialist, Taylor Elm at (970) 947 -2971 or District Wildlife Manager,
Steve Znamenacek at (970) 846 -3732.
Sinc elyh - -
c
J
James M.
