Construction Materials Opera-
tion Reclamation Permit with
the Colorado Mined Land Rec-
lamation Board under provi-
sions of the Colorado Land
Reclamation Act for the Ex-
traction of Construction Ma-
terials. The proposed mine is
known as the Four X Ranch
Gravel Pit, and is located at or
near Section 15, Township 5N,
Range 57W, 6th Prime Meridi-
an. The proposed date of com -
mencement is 9/30/2014, and
the proposed date of comple-
tion is 12/30/2044 . The pro-
posed future use of the land is
rangeland. Additional informa-
