Off -site Fill: Revision of the existing permit to reflect that off -site fill will be brought in from time <br />to time that is used in the mining operations to mix/make aggregate products within the existing <br />mining boundary of the existing mining permit. <br />Detailed descriptions of these revisions are in the following sections. <br />Off -site Fill: Revision of the existing permit to reflect that off -site fill will be brought in from time <br />to time that is used in the mining operations to mix/make aggregate products within the existing <br />mining boundary of the existing mining permit. <br />This letter will serve as notice to the DRIVIS that Broken Arrow Investments, LLC requests a technical <br />revision to address the inspection report corrective actions dated July 22, 2014 based on an inspection <br />that occurred on July 11, 2014. Broken Arrow Investments, LLC would like to bring in off -site fill from <br />time to time that will be temporarily stockpiled and then processed to mix /make aggregate products <br />within the existing mining boundary. As an example when Broken Arrow Investments, LLC is supplying <br />aggregate products to a roadway project there are sometimes excess excavated materials that are not <br />acceptable to use in the roadway project and those excess materials can be hauled to the pit and then <br />re -used by blending /mixing with the resource at the Derr Pit to make aggregate products. Broken Arrow <br />Investments, LLC has also provided an affidavit letter that is attached stating the fill being brought in is <br />inert.
