RUM 11285 -1 NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mir, ing and Safety proposes to approve Techni- cal Revision Application No. 113 (TR -113) for the Trapper Mine (Permit No. C- 1981 -010), submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc.. TR113 updates Appendix W of the Trapper Mine permit Appendix W consists of the annual reclamation and hydrology report for the Trapper Mine. The Trapper Mine is a/an surface coal mine located in Moffat County, approximately 6 miles SW of Crag, Colorado. Coal interest is federal, state and private, and the surface af- fected is state and private land. The permit area encompasses approximately 10,382.30 acres. This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation will comply with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Ad, Section 34 33 101, at seq., C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereunder. Copies of the proposed decision, including stipulatbrs, are on file for public inspection at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Miring and Safety, Room 215, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Col- orado 80203. Persons with an interest that may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request aformal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on the proposed decision.
