Part of TR36 updates the probable hydrologic consequences section of the permit (Section 2.05.6 <br />of the permit). Up until last year, the operator dewatered the <br />underground workings. At this time the pump has been shut off and the underground workings are being <br />allowed to fill with water. Permit sections 2.04.6 and 2.04.7 discuss the Geologic and Hydrologic setting of the <br />mine site and are not being modified through TR36. However, the majority of sections 2.05 (operations and <br />reclamation plan) of the permit are being revised with TR36. Overall, the changes to this section are minor with <br />slight word revisions and updates to account for reclamation that has occurred at the site. A copy of the full <br />revision is located in my office should you need to reference it.
