Please note that all other provisions of Permit No. <br /> M-1990-057 remain in full force and effect. <br /> Stipulation No. Description <br /> 1. Union Milling Company, LLC will provide additional sediment storage at <br /> the southwest corner of the Tailing Storage Facility(TSF) if an adequate <br /> vegetative cover(as determined by the Division)has not been established <br /> on the TSF outslopes by June 12, 2016. <br /> The revised estimated liability amount of$64,430.00 exceeds the$51,700.00 currently held.
