All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1992-016 remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> The estimated liability amount of$562,566.18 exceeds the$281,283.09 performance bond currently <br /> held. The additional warranty is due within 60 days (8/11/2014).
