State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Re: Will not attend the meeting <br />Mr. Munson, Ms. Saunders, Ms. Gallagher, Mr. and Ms. Coulter - Given the of apparent lack of interest and <br />availability of the EFCI and Vento representatives, the previously agreed and scheduled meeting for later today is <br />cancelled. <br />We will expect a written response from EFCI by Monday. Please include the previously referenced 2000 lease <br />and any settlement agreement executed between the parties. <br />Be advised, that both the DRMS and the MLRB expect more effective communication and efforts towards issue <br />identification and resolution than is currently occurring. <br />Mr. Fugate's message and proposed stipulation are still valid, and we need your responses.
