The mine is operated by <br />Coors Energy Company under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. As a <br />result of Midterm Review No. 6 (MT6), <br />the Division is initiating a performance <br />bond adjustment in accordance with <br />Rule 3.02.2(4).
