Mary - Bowie Resources, LLC has applied for a permit revision (PR -14). Included in the revision are updates to
the ownership and control information for Bowie Resource Holdings, LLC and Bowie Resource Partners, LLC.
Two permit application pages are proposed to be revised (2.03 -24 and 2.03 -25) - I will deliver a copy of the pages
to you. No other revisions to the ownership and control information are proposed.
Will you please:
1. Update AVS, if necessary, to reflect the information proposed in PR14,
2. Verify the accuracy of AVS for the currently approved ownership and control information (in Iaserfiche Permit
File), and
3. Build a permit revision application in AVS and run an AVS check on the application for my adequacy review?
My adequacy letter is due on May 19, 2014; 1 would appreciate having your comments by May 16, 2014. Please
let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
